Tenant Screening

To give you even more peace of mind, if a tenant we place needs to be evicted, we will reimburse you up to $500 in legal fees. If your tenant would vacate for any reason during their first year of tenancy, we would also replace them at no cost.

Move-In & Move-Out Coordination

We handle every step of the move-in and move-out process to make it smooth for both parties involved. From lease preparation and detailed inspections to clear move-in/out guidelines and careful management of security deposits, we are there to ensure the entire process is streamlined from start to end.

Rent Collection

We make rent collection simple and reliable with a clear, efficient process. Our leases clearly outline payment terms to prevent confusion, and tenants have convenient payment options, such as an online portal, to encourage on-time payments. To encourage on-time payments, we report their rental payments to the credit bureau. As an owner, you receive consistent monthly income directly to your bank accounts – no hassles involved.

Maintenance & Repairs

Our team manages all maintenance and repair needs to keep your property in excellent condition and to keep your tenants satisfied. We coordinate every request with licensed and insured contractors, so you don’t have to worry. And once the work is done, we communicate with the tenant to ensure complete satisfaction.

Eviction Protection

While our tenant screening process is thorough, eviction can occasionally be necessary. In those cases, we provide professional support and handle the Georgia eviction process respectfully and efficiently, minimizing any impact on your investment. Plus, if we placed the tenant in need of an eviction, we cover up to $500 in legal fees.

Financial Reports

Staying informed about your property’s performance is easy with our online owner portal. We give you transparent access to detailed financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, so you can monitor your investment and make confident decisions at any time of the day, and from anywhere.
