Patrick is the President of Aramis Realty, LLC. Prior to his tenure at Aramis Realty, LLC, Patrick served for five years as an Investment Associate at Prudential Mortgage Capital (NYSE: PRU) in Atlanta, where he originated retail, office, industrial, hotel, multi-family, and senior living mortgages with total production with three other team members of $1.6 billion per year. Patrick attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. Patrick is fluent in French, English, and Italian and is conversational in Spanish. Patrick is an avid chef and is originally from France.

Eric Trepes is the Broker of Aramis Realty. Prior to his tenure at Aramis Realty, Eric worked over 10 years as a Real Estate Professional covering Commercial, Business Brokerage, and Investment Properties. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Eric ran a computer company and software house. Eric is originally from Austria.

Michele has been a dedicated professional in Property Management since 2016 and became a licensed agent in 2018. With a wealth of experience in overseeing renovations, maintenance, inspections, client relations, and tenant retention, she excels at managing every facet of property care. Michele holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Savannah College of Art & Design, which she earned in 2004. Before transitioning to real estate, she worked in graphic design and personalized fashion creation for clients. Outside of her career, Michele enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children, as well as tending to her garden.
MICHELLE DILLON

Michelle oversees all aspects of the leasing department, including pricing, applications, leasing, renewals, Section 8, property tax payments, and real estate sales. With a Real Estate license since 2001 and over a decade of experience in property management, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. In her free time, she cares for her five dogs, which include two personal dogs and three fosters, two of whom require special needs. Michelle is committed to rescuing dogs with special needs and ensuring they have the care they deserve.

Pat De Guzman provides cross-departmental support and admin functions for Aramis Realty, including assisting in bill & invoice payments and opening/closing client & tenant accounts. Pat holds a degree in Business Management. He finds that working alongside the team has helped him become a more rounded individual, allowing him to work on his soft skills. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, watching movies/series, and spending quality time at home with his family and lovely dogs Yumi & Lia.

Boni Pepito is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. As an Inspections Manager, she oversees property inspections, coordinates task scheduling, and ensures timely completion of repairs and violation reviews. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to high standards, she plays a vital role in ensuring an excellent customer experience in property management. Outside of work, Boni enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of American sitcoms, with favorites including The Big Bang Theory, Friends, and The Upshaws.

Ellaine Garcing is a Maintenance Manager for Aramis Realty. Her primary duties are overseeing/handling incoming maintenance requests, dispatching and communicating with contractors, and tenant security deposit reconciliations. She also assists Michele with Operations-related concerns. Ellaine is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Prior to working with Aramis Realty, she had 6 years of experience in the BPO/Customer Service Industry. She enjoys hanging out in coffee shops and loves playing with her dog named Pipo.
EMILIANO QUINTANA
EMILIANO QUINTANA RENOVATIONS MANAGER
Emiliano Quintana is the renovations manager at Aramis Realty. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and has been actively involved in the property management industry since 2019. Prior to his career in property management, Emiliano served as a Senior Language Interpreter and also owned a restaurant. A dedicated family man, he enjoys spending quality time with his 12-year-old son and relaxing to good music.

Jon has 10 years of experience in customer service, credit card fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and process optimization. He has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills through his work, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. With a background in Philosophy, Jon enjoys contemplating life’s big questions and seeking deeper meaning in the everyday. His philosophical mindset allows him to approach challenges with a calm, thoughtful perspective.

A dedicated reader, Jon also donates children’s books to schools and libraries, aiming to inspire young minds to embrace the joy of reading and learning.

Kendall is a Certified Residential and Commercial Inspector and works as the Lead Inspector with Aramis Realty. With a solid background in both inspection and technology, he is committed to delivering exceptional service with precision and professionalism. His extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise allow him to provide comprehensive property inspections and detailed reports, empowering clients to make well-informed decisions about their real estate investments.

Outside of work, Kendall enjoys traveling, which has broadened his perspective and allowed him to connect with diverse cultures. He is also passionate about cooking, a creative outlet that complements his attention to detail in his work.

With over 17 years of experience, Marcio brings deep expertise in property management, vendor oversight, and digital maintenance systems. Marcio specialize in coordinating repairs and maintenance remotely, ensuring timely resolution, cost efficiency, and compliance across all levels of service.

Holding a degree in Architecture, he combines technical knowledge with hands-on coordination skills. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Marcio enjoys a diverse range of personal interests including traveling, art, hiking, sightseeing, watching movies, and reading.

As a previous professional home organizer, Christen has brought her organization skills into the office. She has a passion for streamlining workflows and fostering a positive, productive work environment. Outside of work, Christen is a dedicated dance mom and dog lover, caring for three furry friends.

With seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in both commercial and residential renovation projects, Bob offers a deep understanding of the construction process. Bob’s expertise spans project management, client communication, budgeting and estimating, time management, and problem-solving. He’s proficient in various project software, including Zinspector, Buildium, Lead Simple, and PropertyMeld, and brings over a decade of experience in contract negotiation and construction estimating.

Bob enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, camping, and hiking. He also proudly served as a Specialist 4 in the United States Army for Three years.
