Patrick is the President of Aramis Realty, LLC. Prior to his tenure at Aramis Realty, LLC, Patrick served for five years as an Investment Associate at Prudential Mortgage Capital (NYSE: PRU) in Atlanta, where he originated retail, office, industrial, hotel, multi-family, and senior living mortgages with total production with three other team members of $1.6 billion per year. Patrick attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. Patrick is fluent in French, English, and Italian and is conversational in Spanish. Patrick is an avid chef and is originally from France.

Eric Trepes is the Broker of Aramis Realty. Prior to his tenure at Aramis Realty, Eric worked over 10 years as a Real Estate Professional covering Commercial, Business Brokerage, and Investment Properties. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Eric ran a computer company and software house. Eric is originally from Austria.
JODY COLLINSDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jody Collins is the Director of Operations at Aramis Realty. She is responsible for overseeing all property maintenance, renovations, inspections, budgets and related client finances, and property violations resolution, among other tasks. Prior to her tenure with Aramis Realty, Jody was a Foreclosure Manager at Prommis Solutions, LLC and worked as a senior writer/process manager for various tech companies across the Southeastern U.S. She has a Master’s degree in the Humanities from Duke University and over 14 years of Management experience. When not negotiating with contractors or advising clients, Jody enjoys spending time with her son, and she regularly survives on a diet of black coffee and candy. Jody was born in Tennessee but has lived in Atlanta for over 25 years.
CHRISTEN HARBINOFFICE MANAGER
Christen is the Office Manager and handles the bookkeeping and account management for Aramis Realty. Christen has over 10 years of experience as an Office Manager, working in the accounting and finance sectors prior to becoming a Realtor in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Business Management from Kennesaw State University. Christen is also an avid tennis player and fitness enthusiast.
PAT DE GUZMAN CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT
Pat De Guzman provides cross-departmental support and admin functions for Aramis Realty, including assisting in bill & invoice payments and opening/closing client & tenant accounts. Pat holds a degree in Business Management. He finds that working alongside the team has helped him become a more rounded individual, allowing him to work on his soft skills. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, watching movies/series, and spending quality time at home with his family and lovely dogs Yumi & Lia.
ARA CORDOVA MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Ara Cordova is a Maintenance Manager, primarily handling legal and liability issues such as HOA, Section 8 & code violations, post-inspections repairs, tenant security deposit reconciliations and property maintenance. Prior to her time with Aramis Realty, she was a Technical Support Representative. Ara enjoys her time with the team where she is able to utilize her knowledge and skills to obtain career and self-growth.Ara holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Majoring in web development. Outside of work, she loves watching “The Good Doctor”, travelling, spending quality time at home with her family and editing videos or creating animation clips.

Kirby Colango is a Maintenance Manager for Aramis Realty. His primary duties include resolving incoming maintenance requests and post-inspection repairs, dispatching and communicating with contractors, reviewing job estimates, and properly budgeting funds for repairs. Kirby holds a degree in Management. Prior to working for Aramis Realty, Kirby was an Assistant Manager for a restaurant chain, which has translated well into his work at Aramis involving client and tenant communication. Outside of work he has a passion for cooking and enjoys watching cooking competition shows, as well as spending time with his family and playing with his 4 dogs.
MICAH MILLER PROJECT MANAGER
Micah Miller is a Project Manager and the primary home inspector for Aramis Realty. Some of his responsibilities include inspecting properties, basic home maintenance, assisting in tasks related to move-ins and move-outs, and assisting with property renovations. Prior to joining with Aramis full-time, Micah graduated from Georgia State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a focus in real estate. He has attended the Georgia Conference of Home Inspectors and successfully completed a prior internship with Aramis Realty, giving him a wide range of experiences and broadening his expertise. A people person with a true passion for real estate, Micah also enjoys rehabilitating older vehicles and cycling.
